Immediately Available Homes
Available Immediately Homes are properties that are ready for you to move into straight away.
Unlike standard advertised properties, where you place a bid and wait until the end of the bidding cycle to find out if you have been successful, Available Immediately Homes can be offered much more quickly. In some cases, you could receive a call with an offer on the same day that you place your bid.
These properties are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you see a home you’re interested in, we recommend placing a bid as soon as possible, especially if you need to move quickly or would like to move sooner than the usual waiting times.
