If you have a repair appointment booked with us, you’ll soon start to receive text messages to update you about your appointment.
This will include a text when an operative is due to carry out repair works at your property and a link to track them on their way to your home.
Our text messages will always come from “Believe” and remember we will never ask for you to give us any personal information.
