refix a kitchen drawer front
How to refix drawer front
For this repair you will need:
1. A suitable screwdriver
You can also follow along with the steps below.
Open the drawer and locate the screws to tighten.
These are found directly behind the drawer front.
If the drawer is only hanging from one side, it indicates that only one side needs the screws tightening.
But if the drawer front is fully off, both sides will need attention.
Once you’ve located the screws that need tightening, grab your screwdriver and turn the screws clockwise until the screw is tight.
Each side of the drawer front has two screws, so make sure that they are both tightened up.
One the screws are all tightened, check the drawer on its runners by sliding it in and out.
And then fully close the drawer for a final check that the drawer is straight in its housing.
