We helped a customer return to the care sector after having a baby and needing part-time hours to fit around family life.
Our Employability Team worked with her and shared her CV with Care Academy, and within a month she had a flexible role and felt great about getting back to work.
We also provided a voucher for new work clothes, so she was ready for her first day.
This shows how we listen to customers, work with partners, and give tailored support to turn challenges into opportunities.
