community investment
Our dedicated home community investment programme works with groups and partners to deliver projects that make a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing, job prospects, or improve the environment in our communities. Grants from £500 up to £20,000 are available to: not-for-profit and voluntary organisations; local schools; and town, parish, or community councils. During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, our community investment programme provided more than £150,000 to over 30 community groups.
find out moreworking with you
Working with you through our customer engagement programme, we can shape our service delivery and get feedback on the support that we provide. Our Customer Voices group was created to help us to ensure that our customers’ voices are captured, listened to, and acted upon. This is one of several ways, including our annual tenant perception survey of tenants, that we engage with your home communities. Your feedback is a critical part of how we adapt our services and make our decisions.
