Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys

Our Tenant Satisfaction survey is now live!

If you’re a believe housing customer, you might receive a call or email from our partner Acuity soon, asking a few quick questions about the services we provide.

The surveys will start on Monday, 17 November for online responses, and Monday, 24 November for telephone interviews. The survey will be open until Saturday, 6 December and all calls will come from a local number.

Your feedback is completely confidential, and it helps us improve our services for you!
