Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. By entering the free prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Believe Housing Limited (Spectrum 4, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT).
  3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age only.
  4. Entrants must be a believe housing tenant.
  5. Employees of believe housing, Board members, and members of Customer Voices are not eligible to enter.
  6. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  7. A maximum of one entry per individual/household.
  8. The prize draw is free to enter.
  9. The prize draw occurs monthly. To be eligible, the prize draw entry must be received by Believe Housing Limited at Spectrum 4, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT no later than the last calendar day of the month for which the prize draw relates. Entries received for any calendar month that are received during the next calendar month will not be eligible for either month.
  10. To enter the prize draw please complete your survey online here or send a printed copy to believe housing, Spectrum 4, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT.
  11. believe housing will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
  12. The winner will be selected at random using a computer-generated process and the first eligible name selected will win £50 shopping vouchers. All prizes must be accepted as offered.
  13. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  14. The draw for any particular month will take place on the second Monday of every calendar month. The winner if the draw will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards.
  15. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, believe housing reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  16. By taking part you accept to participate in any reasonable publicity. This will involve the first letter of your salutation, first letter of your surname and area where you live.
  17. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by believe housing for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
  18. All personal information shall be used in accordance with believe housing’s Data Protection and Information Governance Framework, as detailed at Privacy policy
