After feeling like I’d missed my vocation, I decided to step away from my marketing career and follow my heart. I started to work with people over four years ago and I pride myself on being a ‘real person, helping real people’. My own experience of a career change has prepared me well to advise others to do the same.

My approach to the role is to reassure people that everyone has potential and preparing for employment can be an exciting time. People can tap into what they enjoy, what makes them happy or what they feel they’d be really good at. We don’t undertake jobs for life anymore and you’re never too old to upskill or retrain. With the correct information and advice, clear goals, a hardworking attitude, and a positive mindset, your aspirations are absolutely within reach.
