Nik joined the social housing sector in 2009, having previously worked in project management, undertaking large scale developments across Newcastle city centre.

She is passionate about the North East, taking an active role on the Constructing Excellence in the North East board, driving the change agenda in construction, housing and regeneration.

Nik said: “We are conscious that the coronavirus pandemic has pushed our digital agenda forward and we want to deliver our services in a way that is convenient for our customers to access. We also want to provide a transaction that can be done safely and reassure our customers that we can still provide our services, albeit in a slightly different way. I believe that the culture we have created at believe housing will ensure that we continue to strive for customer excellence by making real tangible differences in people’s lives and the communities they live in.”
