We’re looking for a Building Surveyor to join the believe housing team on a permanent basis.

about the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a new role within the Assets and Compliance Directorate.

  • You will be responsible for the effective diagnosis, recording and monitoring of works in relation to structural movement/failure.
  • Undertaking or managing diagnostic surveys in relation to property defects and identifying innovative and original solutions for remedial works which are considerate of whole life and other impacting factors such as building safety and net zero.
  • You will be the lead for technical advice determining the condition of homes and buildings within the portfolio and working with a vast range of not traditional and historic homes.
