Acuity Research and Practice
Acuity Research & Practice (Acuity) supports housing providers by helping them understand what tenants think about their homes and the services they receive.
They do this through Tenant Satisfaction Measures—surveys designed to find out how happy tenants are and identify areas for improvement.
These surveys give tenants the opportunity to share their views by phone, email, or online. The feedback helps housing providers understand what’s working well and what needs to change, so they can improve the experience for everyone.
Acuity has been working with housing organisations for over 26 years. They will soon be contacting believe housing tenants by phone and email to gather their thoughts. The insights gained will help us shape better services we deliver to our customers.
