Acuity Research and Practice
Acuity Research & Practice (Acuity) supports housing providers by helping them understand what customers think about their homes and the services they receive.
They do this through Tenant Satisfaction Measures — surveys designed to find out how happy they are and identify areas for improvement.
These surveys give customers the opportunity to share their views by phone, email, or online. The feedback helps housing providers understand what’s working well and what needs to change, so they can improve the experience for everyone.
Acuity has been working with housing organisations for more than 26 years. They will soon be contacting believe housing tenants by phone and email to gather their thoughts. The insights gained will help us shape better services we deliver to our customers.
