Festive opening times

We will be closing for the festive period at 5pm on Wednesday, 24 December and will reopen from 8.30am on Friday, 2 January 2026.

We will be unable to take any new repair requests via our app or portal during this time however you can report any emergency repairs, by calling us on 0300 1311 999.
