We’re looking for a Project Data Manager to join the believe housing team on a permanent basis.

Our teams are growing due to the number of exciting projects we’re delivering and we have a number of new roles available.

Existing homes are being upgraded in a huge project to improve their environmental performance and adapt them to future needs. Our rapidly growing new-build programme is delivering 2,000 extra homes. And an extensive funding programme is improving communities and opportunities throughout the area.

about the role

The Project Data Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring accurate and robust mechanisms are in place to capture all customer and project data required to deliver investment works and to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all programmes delivered by believe housing.

They will ensure that asset management systems are updated, and processes and procedures are effectively implemented and managed, supporting a seamless customer experience and digital experience.

This exciting post will be responsible for the production of a range of management and performance information, in order to assist day-to-day management, as well as to inform service review and improvement activities, thereby ensuring delivery of service excellence to our customers.
