We are excited to be offering eight apprenticeships, starting at believe housing from September 2026:

  • Data Engineer (Level 5, 24 months)
  • Development Apprentice (Level 3, 18 months)
  • Finance Apprentice (Level 3, 18 months)
  • Joiner (Level 2, 24 months)
  • People and Culture Administrator (Level 3, 18 months)
  • Plasterer (Level 2, 24 months)
  • Procurement Assistant (Level 3, 18 months)
  • Risk and Assurance Assistant (Level 3, 18 months). 

Our apprenticeship programme opens the door to a wide range of roles and opportunities across our organisation.

You’ll earn a wage, gain recognised qualifications, develop skills and receive dedicated support at every step
while contributing to work that makes a real difference to local people and communities.

What we’re looking for

We welcome people from every background and experience level.

You don’t need previous experience, but you do need:

  • enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • a positive attitude and behaviours
  • the motivation to make a difference and contribute to our communities
  • level 2, Grade C/4 and above in Maths and English

If you’re curious, motivated and ready to get involved, you’ll fit right in.

Our apprenticeships offer opportunities across the organisation, whether you’re passionate about hands-on work in our communities, supporting our customers, or helping to shape the services behind the scenes.

Each pathway is designed to build your confidence, develop meaningful skills, and set you up for long-term success within housing and beyond.

What former apprentices think

We have a number of colleagues at believe housing who started their career as an apprentice and have gone on to permanent roles, including some who are now at senior leadership level.

  1. Choose which apprenticeship you’re interested in applying for on our current vacancies page.
  2. Read the job description and job advert to find out more about the apprenticeship.
  3. Fill in our short application form, linked in the job advert, before Sunday, 8 June 2026.

If your application form stands out, you’ll be invited to an assessment day, where you’ll take part in activities and task that reflect the roles and our values. 

We’ll explain everything in advance, so you know what to expect.
