Customer expectations

Once you've made an appointment with one of our operatives, there are a few things do to before we arrive.

be home, be ready, be respectful

When we’ve made an appointment to carry out a repair, please be home at the agreed time.

Before we arrive, please ensure the area of work is accessible. This includes clearing the area ahead of any external works.

For the safety and comfort of our workers and your family, please keep children and pets a safe distance away and do not smoke.

Please be polite to our workers and do not subject them to verbal or physical abuse.

If you are no longer able to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer that appointment slot to another customer and book you a new one.
