As social landlords, we know that sometimes you may need a little extra support to pay your rent.

If you find yourself struggling with your rent payments, our Tenancy Sustainment Team are on hand to help.

The team assess your individual needs and can also refer you to any external agencies for support. Our Tenancy Sustainment Team can also assess you to see if you qualify for charitable grants for essential items of furniture or help with your water, gas and electric. We can also help if you need support with any aspect of your tenancy.
