believe in feedback

Here at believe housing, we aim to give our customer a voice in how we do things.

To give customers a chance to hear how their input has changed our policies, procedures and systems, yesterday we held our first ever believe in feedback event at Bowburn Community Centre.

 

More than 30 customers attended and heard about the scrutiny work carried out by our Customer Voices group; about our updated Customer Home Improvement policy and Green Plan; and had an update on digital communication.
